Conveniently located between Cardiff, Barry, Penarth and only 15 minutes from the M4 and Cardiff Wales Airport, Hebron Hall is ideal for your day conference. We can provide accommodation for church and Christian charity groups and organisations and business or governmental meetings on weekdays and Saturdays with plenty of easy on the spot parking.
Subject to availability, we are an ideal venue to hold your training day, away day, Alpha day, or simply as a location for your Annual Church outing. We can provide full conference facilities including room layout in your preferred format - theatre style, cafè style or boardroom style with tables set up with water and glasses, plus Coffee and Tea breaks, buffets or light lunches all at reasonable and competitive prices.
There is access to free Wi-Fi in some areas and in the conference rooms in both the Main and Potters Houses there is one internet connection point in each room. If you will need WiFi as part of your conference then please tell us when making your reservation and we can advise you on which part of the centre would be best suited to your needs. If cost is a factor, bookings can be made on a 'room hire' only basis where we leave you to look after yourselves and ask you to leave the rooms as you found them. Most Day Conferences are currently held in the Cabin which is self-contained and immediately adjacent to the main car park. Groups booking on a 'room hire' only basis can also book the fully equipped kitchen for refreshments. There are also a number of smaller rooms that can be used for 'break out' groups or a separate children's group.
We would welcome enquiries about using our facilities for your day conference and would be more than happy to discuss your requirements to give you an idea of cost. We would also encourage anyone to come and have a look at the facilities available but this will need to be by prior appointment.
We also hire out the Cabin for regular weekly community activities such as Zumba, Weightwatchers and Slimming World. If you are interested in making a weekly booking please contact us but be aware you will need to sign up to our terms and conditions of use.
Any regular weekly activities must be in sympathy with our aims and ethos and we reserve the right to refuse a booking which does not comply with these or our articles of association.
