King's Court Independent Living

King's Court at Hebron Hall is a small complex of 15 bungalows and apartments for Independent Living.

Set in the seven-acre grounds of Hebron Hall, each unit is self-contained with either two or three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom and includes an emergency call system linked to Hebron Hall, which provides management, maintenance and resident warden services.

Living at King's Court is an ideal option for those aged over 60 who are still fully independent but who would prefer to avoid the hassle of gardening and structural maintenance of a property, whilst also enjoying the reassurance of an emergency call-out facility.

Residents are welcome to participate in the wider community of Hebron Hall, but there is no pressure for anyone to do so. Regular residents' meetings are held - both formal and informal - for neighbours to get to know one another better and to deal with business matters affecting King’s Court.

Units are sold on a long lease and are offered on the open market through local estate agents when they become available. However, Hebron Hall is usually made aware of units for sale, so call the office or email us to enquire.
